Test Information - Special Accommodations
AMP complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and strives to ensure that no individual with a disability is deprived of the opportunity to take the examination solely by reason of that disability. Together AMP and NBSTSA will provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities. If you need special arrangements because of a disabling condition, you can request special accommodations or arrangements. To apply, you must submit a completed Request for Special Examination Accommodations form with your application. The form may be found under the forms tab. This request must also include supporting documentation from a physician or other qualified health professional reflecting the diagnosis of your condition and identifying the specific test aids or modifications you need.
